Franchise Program

The Feedom Franchise Program lets KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and partners earn passive income by referring users to the vault.

Overview

Franchise licenses are NFTs that:

  • Track deposits made through your referral link

  • Earn you a percentage of emissions from referred TVL

  • Can be transferred or sold (with 20% royalty)

How It Works

1. Get a Franchise License

Franchise licenses are issued by the Feedom team to approved partners. Contact us to apply:

2. Share Your Referral Link

Each license has a unique referral code and link:

3. Users Deposit Through Your Link

When someone visits your link and deposits:

  • Their TVL is attributed to your license

  • You start earning a share of emissions on that TVL

4. Earn Emissions

You earn a percentage of all emissions generated by your attributed TVL:

  • Default share: 25% of emissions

  • Emissions paid in native tokens (AVAX/HYPE) and stablecoins

5. Claim Your Earnings

Visit the Franchise Dashboard to:

  • View your attributed TVL

  • See pending emissions

  • Claim all accumulated earnings

Attributed TVL

  • Total value deposited through your link

  • USD equivalent at current prices

Emission Share

  • Your percentage of emissions (e.g., 25%)

  • Higher-tier partners may have higher shares

Earnings Calculator

  • Simulate earnings at different TVL levels

  • See projected daily/monthly/annual income

Pending Emissions

  • List of tokens with claimable amounts

  • One-click claim all

Referral Link

  • Copy your unique referral link

For $50,000 TVL at 400% APR with 25% emission share:

User Impact

Users lose nothing — they earn the same yield whether they use a referral link or not. Attribution only affects who receives emission share.

Claiming Emissions

Step 1: Open Franchise Dashboard

Navigate to the Franchise page or click the "Franchise" button.

Step 2: View Pending Emissions

See all tokens with claimable amounts.

Step 3: Click "Claim All Emissions"

One transaction claims all pending tokens.

Step 4: Receive Tokens

Emissions are sent directly to your wallet.

License NFT

ERC-721 Standard

Franchise licenses are standard NFTs:

  • Transferable to other wallets

  • Can be sold on NFT marketplaces

  • 20% royalty on secondary sales goes to protocol

NFT Sale Royalty Formula

When selling your license NFT:
