Franchise Program

The Feedom Franchise Program lets KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and partners earn passive income by referring users to the vault.

Overview

Franchise licenses are NFTs that:

• Track deposits made through your referral link

• Earn you a percentage of emissions from referred TVL

• Can be transferred or sold (with 20% royalty)

How It Works

1. Get a Franchise License

Franchise licenses are issued by the Feedom team to approved partners. Contact us to apply:

2. Share Your Referral Link

Each license has a unique referral code and link:

3. Users Deposit Through Your Link

When someone visits your link and deposits:

• Their TVL is attributed to your license

• You start earning a share of emissions on that TVL

4. Earn Emissions

You earn a percentage of all emissions generated by your attributed TVL:

• Default share: 25% of emissions

• Emissions paid in native tokens (AVAX/HYPE) and stablecoins

5. Claim Your Earnings

Visit the Franchise Dashboard to:

• View your attributed TVL

• See pending emissions

• Claim all accumulated earnings

Example Calculation

For $50,000 TVL at 400% APR with 25% emission share:

$$\text{Annual} = \$50,000 \times 4.00 \times 0.25 = \$50,000/year$$

$$\text{Monthly} = \frac{\$50,000}{12} = \$4,166.67/month$$

$$\text{Daily} = \frac{\$50,000}{365} = \$136.99/day$$

Attribution Rules

Rule	Description
🥇 First referral wins	Once attributed, user stays with you forever
📉 Proportional reduction	Withdrawals reduce your attributed TVL
➕ Cumulative deposits	Re-deposits by same user add to your TVL

TVL Change Formula

$$\text{New Attributed TVL} = \text{Current TVL} + \text{New Deposits} - \text{Withdrawals}$$

User Impact

Users lose nothing — they earn the same yield whether they use a referral link or not. Attribution only affects who receives emission share.

License NFT

ERC-721 Standard

Franchise licenses are standard NFTs:

• Transferable to other wallets

• Can be sold on NFT marketplaces

• 20% royalty on secondary sales goes to protocol

NFT Sale Royalty Formula

When selling your license NFT:

$$\text{You Receive} = \text{Sale Price} \times (1 - 0.20) = \text{Sale Price} \times 0.80$$

$$\text{Protocol Royalty} = \text{Sale Price} \times 0.20$$

Example: Selling license for $10,000 → You get $8,000, Protocol gets $2,000
